A New Condominium and Housing Development Project

The Railway Park project is a new housing and condominium development located on a 15-acre site between Donaldson Drive, Central Avenue, and Coal Shute Road in Grand Forks, British Columbia. Led by Wayne and Gene Koch, this development will revitalize a historic strip of the Trans Canada route, offering a modern mix of single-family homes and condominiums. Additionally, the site will provide for a campus of commercial uses including medical services, family services, daycare and supporting coffee shop.

Project Details

Railway Park Homes will feature single-level homes developments and condominiums, with most residences ranging from 1,400 to 1,600 square feet. Phase 1 will include 30 single-family units and a 15-unit condominium building, all ranging from 1,250 to 1,600 square feet.

Development Process

Construction will begin after the pine and honey locust trees are removed, with excavators working to prepare the land. The project will offer affordable housing options while maintaining a connection to the community’s history. Feel free to connect with us if you have any questions.
